Misleading advertising and pretty pictures are not a drawcard for me to shop at Woolworths.
Whereas in the past I used to make Woolworths a destination for my shopping, now I use them as a last resort.
I find myself driving around the country sourcing for organic produce like milk, eggs, meat, yoghurt ,chicken and vegetables, as unfortunately I cannot trust retail organizations any longer.
I want to feel secure in my purchases and not made to feel I cannot trust labels and have to look at the fine-print for hidden ingredients, as well as feeling I have to phone farms and suppliers to verify claims of authenticity from retailers.
TO WIN BACK THE TRUST OF THE DISCERNING CONSUMER WILL TAKE TIME, EFFORT AND HONESTY, AND NOT JUST CLEVER MARKETING
