As a vegetarian and someone who is committed to the welfare of animals, I was horrified to hear about the allegations leveled against Woolies Organic Milk. For many years I have been purchasing this milk on the premise that the cows were free to roam as they please. If this is not the case, then your advertising had been incredibly misleading/false and is offensive to the many consumers of this product that were purchasing this milk on the assumption that it was ethically farmed. How does woolies intend on remedying the situation and apologizing to the public for causing widespread distress amongst ethical consumers who unknowingly supported unethical farming practices as a result of false and malicious advertising?
Kind regards
Alessandro
