I as a customer want to source my food from farmers who follow authentic farming practices, feed their animals proper nature-intended food for animals, treat them humanely, and let them live their lives as freely as possible within the confines of a farm.
I want to know that if an animal has given its life for my table, or is giving me milk/eggs etc, then at least it must have lived as free and as good a life as possible, and must have had as pain-free a death as possible.
I don’t appreciate being fooled by marketing and pretty pictures which are misleading and ambiguous.
