I have been buying your Organic milk and paying a premium on it for years, believing I supported good farming practices and animal welfare. After reading this article http://www.travelwrite.co.za/milking-consumers-over-dairy-claims/ I am very very disappointed in learning how you use cheap marketing tricks to mislead your consumers and I will not be buying any more of your dairy products.
I hope you realise how this kind of conduct compromises your credibility as a brand, and how this leads to any statements you make about any of your products to be increasingly questioned. I also hope you realise that in today's world, you cannot get away with such hypocrisy and sugar-coating, and eventually any intentional misinformation of your customers will be brought to light. No amount of marketing can replace good farming practices, the sooner you accept this, the better.
You have lost a loyal customer in me and be sure I am not the only one. Be aware that scrutiny of your whole supply chain is increasing, and you are warmly advised to get in order before you make a fool of yourselves again.

Tjasa
